ADHD and AuDHD Coaching + You

Why try coaching?

Because life can be better.

If you live with ADHD or AuDHD, it’s almost certain that you have been told that you’re “not living up to your potential.” To a neurotypical person, ADHD behavior looks like chronic lateness, laziness, lack of initiative and a failure to follow through.

But I work with ADHD clients every day and these words do not describe them at all.

Living with ADHD and AuDHD is deeply challenging. Social systems were not designed for neurodiverse brains. So we’re always working harder, even when it feels like we’re falling behind.

Coaching supports you to bridge the gap between intention and execution. Consider a coach as a GPS; as the client you choose the destination. The coach gently directs discussion and may check in; is this detour worthwhile or should we return to our original path?

In the end coaching is about you finding the answers that work for you. As a coach I have tools to aid in both exploring and problem solving but the real goal is for you to find your strengths and build your own solutions.

Frequently Asked Questions

In group coaching you join a team of others as well as a coach. You meet weekly for a shorter duration (usually 4-6 weeks). Many participants report that they love the comradery and extra opportunities for accountability. The costs are lower.

In 1-to-1 coaching, we focus exclusively on you, so you set the agenda and can make progress at your own speed. We coach for 12 weeks or longer, if desired.

Weekly group sessions will have a set format of check-ins and topic discussion. Once a week (or more often) one of the coaches will host an online accountability session. In these, group members join a zoom room where everyone is working independently. We share our goal at the start and report on progress at the end. In between we work on our own tasks.

We’ll start each week with a group check-in, then the coaches will share on a topic. Then we’ll open up for discussion again, so you’ll have a chance to ask questions at each session.

For privacy reasons, we don’t record group sessions. In this Summer 2025 group, we’re meeting for just four weeks so if you know you won’t be available you may want to wait and join a later group. Feel free to email us and we can add you to a list for future groups.

Absolutely. We use Zoom for our meetings.
