Hi, I’m Lynn Warner.

Hi, I’m Lynn. If you’re here, it probably means you’re considering ADHD/AuDHD (autism plus ADHD) coaching. I’m so glad you’ve found me. The same factors that characterize these conditions make it really hard to create a plan and then act on it. You’ve already done a lot to get here.

It was just as difficult for me initially. I tried to get diagnosed and treated and ran into so many obstacles that I gave up. But a few years later when both my kids were diagnosed I realized I couldn’t hide from my own diagnosis any more. For their sakes I needed to learn what ADHD and Autism really are.

For most of the people I work with, the common ADHD stereotype of a bouncy kid irritating the teacher and disrupting the classroom doesn’t ring true. Those more hyperactive kids are more likely to get diagnosed early, which is great for them. But most of us don’t show that presentation of ADHD. We may be inattentive or a combination of types.

In the end, ADHD and Autism show up differently for everyone. One person’s challenge is another one’s triumph.

As neurodiverse people, we have spent our lifetimes trying to navigate a neurotypical world. In coaching, my clients build lives with more support and less strife. I help you identify your own strengths, talents and desires so that you chart your own course forward.

As for my bona fides, I hold both ACCG and PCAC credentials as a coach as well as a BS from Cornell University in horticulture (can you tell that I have ADHD?).

I offer free 30 minute discovery calls where we can ask each other questions and decide whether we’d work well together. Please call or use the form below to reach out for an appointment. I would love to talk.
